Linda Willis is a top-performing, outcome-driven financial services professional. With a proven track record of leading global financial services businesses, she has held senior positions at major financial institutions and distinguished herself as an astute business leader and tenacious and accomplished recruiter of top talent.
A former securities litigator with experience in corporate and employment law, Linda built a business career at global investment firms as well as launched and scaled her own independent RIA. Linda’s experience across the landscape of the financial services industry, coupled with her proficiency as a skilled negotiator and over-all business manager, ensures superior results for clients seeking an M&A, succession or transition advisor.
A graduate of Mercer University with a J.D., LAW, Linda has completed advanced educational and leadership programs at both Harvard University as well as the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her thought leadership and insightful counsel provide CMA clients with a comprehensive and holistic engagement.
Linda is passionate about fitness and a hot yoga fanatic. A mother of three accomplished daughters, she offices in Atlanta and New York City.

Nancy Clark Wilson Managing Director
Nancy Wilson brings over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Having started her career on Wall Street in Institutional Sales and Trading working in New York and San Francisco covering global clients, Nancy built a reputation as a new business development guru executing strategic priorities and building trusted relationships.
Over her career she has excelled at raising capital for asset managers, delivering solutions and driving growth for family offices and wealth advisors.
Nancy’s experience, extensive network and results-driven approach benefit Career Management Advisors' clients and contributes meaningfully to their success in reaching business objectives.
A graduate of Boston College with an MBA in International Management & Finance, Nancy has received industry recognition as a leader, top producer and strong collaborator. She has held senior roles in Sales, Marketing and Distribution representing Broker-Dealers as well as RIAs catering to institutional and wealth management clients.
Nancy is a food and wine enthusiast married to an accomplished Chef, Jim. Together with their son and dog MacKenzie, they split time between Boston and Nantucket.
Liam is a Marketing Analyst. He is responsible for market research and market outreach, business development reporting, and indirect channel marketing support.
Liam earned his BA from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut where he was on the Honor Council, the Executive Committee of Student Government, and an Ambassador to Hartford Consortium for Higher Education Advisory Board.
Liam enjoys golfing, running, architecture, automobiles, travel and community service volunteering.
Greg Sloan brings almost three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Greg's Wall Street career began with Goldman Sachs / Ayco working with C-Suite executives on their complex trust & estate and corporate stock planning needs. Greg's experience, expertise and passion for serving clients led him to launch his own RIA.
Building a successful, holistic wealth management business focused on executives and entrepreneurs, Greg discovered his own purpose and passion helping other entrepreneurs discover and develop their own strategic plans for growth and end-game planning.
After preparing his firm for an exit and then identifying the right acquiring firm, Greg sold his RIA and is now a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and assists other successful business owners in fulfilling their exit and succession goals. He maintains his Certified Financial Planning ® designation.
A double Georgia State University graduate with both an undergraduate degree and MBA in Finance, Greg brings real-world experience and expertise as well as certification credentialing to each engagement.
Nancy Gibbons is a business savvy Human Resources Professional that has a track record of successfully partnering with business leaders, understanding their business drivers and influencing them in developing their people assets to assist leaders in successfully achieving their goals.
Having spent most of her career in the Financial Services industry, Nancy has effectively built, launched, restructured, coached, and developed teams and HR processes within her career.
Her experience extends beyond the USA to Canada, Latin America, the UK and Asia.
Nancy is graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Management and completed advanced educational and leadership programs including the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Leaders Leading Change at the Darden School, University of Virginia. She carries the certifications and designations of SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
Nancy loves to ski, spend time at the beach, and as an avid traveler has been to all 7 continents. Nancy resides and works in Atlanta.
Howard Milstein serves as Chairman of the CMA Advisory Board. Mr. Milstein is Chairman and CEO of the family’s business operations, including New York Private Bank & Trust Corporation (the holding Company for Emigrant Bank), Milstein Properties, and various Milstein Brothers operations in real estate development and management in New York and Chicago. He is a founding partner of FriedbergMilstein, an alternative asset investment manager.
For a combined service of over thirty years, Mr. Milstein has been a member of the Investment Committee for Cornell University’s multi-billion dollar endowment, and has chaired its Real Estate Sub-Committee, achieving top quartile returns throughout the period. Also, he has guided the investments of the New York Blood Center’s $300 million endowment as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Milstein’s other civic and philanthropic efforts include: Chairman of the American Skin Association; Trustee and Presidential Counselor, Cornell University; and Overseer, Cornell Medical College. He is a member of the Harvard Law School Visiting Committee and the Executive Committee of the HLS Dean’s Advisory Board. Additionally, he serves on the Boards of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation in Charlottesville, Virginia, and on the Shakespeare Theater in Washington DC. Mr. Milstein received his B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
